Luanda – The President of the Republic João Lourenço pays on Monday a working visit to Bengo province.

The programme of the visit includes the inauguration of the new Bengo General Hospital and the first phase of the Caxito housing project.

According to the President’s Press Office Secretary, Luís Fernando, the Head of State accompanied by his team, will meet with members of the provincial government to assess the general state of the territory.

Luis Fernando said that João Lourenço’s working visit to Bengo province will mark the works the president is carrying out this week, which includes the inauguration of the Luanda International Airport Dr. António Agostinho Neto (AIAAN) on Friday.

The President of the Republic is due to return to Luanda at the end of the day.DC/VM/MRA/AMP
